Chalkfest Breakfast & Worship

Edgar's Chalkfest is Saturday, August 10. Our church's theme for this summer is "Love Your Community." Two ways that we'd like to love and serve our Edgar community at Chalkfest is by providing free worship music in downtown Edgar and hosting our final $1 Neighborhood Breakfast for the summer.

In the morning, from 8-10am, everyone in our community is invited to our church's property for a $1 all-you-can breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs, coffee, juice, and milk. This $1 Neighborhood Breakfast is typically our biggest one of the summer, so we would love help from any available volunteers. We'll pass around a volunteer clipboard at church to sign up. Will Schara is coordinating our neighborhood breakfasts, so if you have any questions, you can contact him.

Meanwhile, if you go to the back lot between the Edgar library and the Back Room ice cream shoppe from 2-3:30pm, you'll find our Edgar Community Church worship team singing worship songs. You're welcome to come along and sing along!
